Lawn Doctor’s Inside Sales Representatives play a pivotal role in driving business growth by acquiring new customers and ensuring the satisfaction of our existing client base. You will engage with leads, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the expansion of our organization.

With over 37 years of experience, Lawn Doctor is a trusted leader in lawn care, tree and shrub, and outdoor pest control services.   • Engage with leads to convert them into new customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Previous experience in telephone-based sales or customer service. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time and work at a computer for extended hours. 

Desirable Skills (Not Required)

  • Familiarity with CRM software. 
  • Experience in service industry sales. 
  • Knowledge of lawn care, plant health, or pest control. 
  • Previous experience in account management.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday.
  • Some Saturday work required during peak seasons (Spring & Fall). 
  • Opportunities for overtime during busy periods. 

Compensation 

  • Starting salary: $40,000 to $60,000 annually, based on experience. 
  • Eligible for department incentives and an annual year-end bonus.
