Operational Excellence Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operational Excellence Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving efficiency, streamlining processes, and ensuring consistent high-quality delivery across our production lifecycle. This role requires a strong understanding of production methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. How will you make a difference

  • Identify and analyze bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the production lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement process improvements using methodologies like Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.  
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize workflows, improve communication, and enhance collaboration.
  • Document and standardize processes to ensure consistency and repeatability.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and training sessions.
  • Manage and optimize our project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance and improvement initiatives.
  • Manage risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • +5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or project management.  
  • Operational consulting experience - Big 4 or Top-tier consulting or equivalent experience.. 
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.  
  • Advanced level in English and Spanish (written and spoken), ideally with experience in international environments.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma is a plus
