Overview
We’re seeking an associate level professional to support Leap’s partnerships with energy developers, aggregators and technology providers. As a Partner Success Associate, your focus will be on managing a portfolio of Leap’s starter partners and supporting key business functions to deliver value to Leap’s strategic partners. The Partner Success Associate’s responsibilities and activities will be dynamic and varied, spanning partner relations, Partner Success team function support, and energy market operations support.

You’ll support the onboarding of new partners, working closely with the Business Development team to ensure a consistent experience as they integrate with Leap's platform. This is a dynamic role that involves creating scalable onboarding processes, overseeing partner operations, and maintaining healthy relationships that drive success for all parties involved. Your analytical and project management skills will be vital as you help partners optimize their operations and fulfill their contractual obligations, aiming for high retention rates while reducing customer churn. In addition, you'll be collaborating with diverse teams to develop systems and processes that enhance partner satisfaction. By collecting insights from our partners, you’ll also contribute to product development and sales strategies.
