Door to Door Patient Consultant Manager

Legion Outreach Consulting is hiring field managers to assist with a patient education campaign to raise awareness regarding our client and its medical clinics. This position requires a commitment of 5-7 days a week. The general working hours are from 4PM to 8PM on weekdays and 11AM to 3PM on weekends. This position may lead to further opportunities with other corporate clients, with possibilities for promotion or a pay increase subject to performance and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.

Field managers are required to train and oversee consultants, conduct quality control checks on performance and results, and coordinate closely with the rest of the team to ensure campaign goals and objectives are met. Candidates must be located/able to travel within NYC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the broader Legion Outreach staff and senior leadership to track progress and align priorities.
  • Recruit, coach, and manage campaign staff.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Work Ethic and comfort with the demands of the job. FM can expect to work long hours and/or 6-7 days a week.
  • Proven ability to manage staff and lead all elements of a campaign.
  • Strong organizational and logistical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Hourly compensation at $30/hr
