Our API-first infrastructure makes launching an investment product customer-centric and compliant. We abstract all complexity for our partners through a well documented API, a self-service customer operations portal and operating in a clear regulatory framework. As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will be a fundamental part in the Operations team. As the first person to operate Customer Service you will be driving all customer related processes from onboarding management to off-boarding. You will ensure that customer data is up-to-date, as well as resolve any issues with customer accounts. Additionally, you will take ownership for all Customer Service processes and manage the relationship with the Customer Service teams of our partners, enabling them to provide outstanding Customer Service.

You’ll be collaborating closely with the Customer Lifecycle Domain, AFC Operations and the wider Operations team, you will leverage your expertise to optimize effective procedures and processes. Your collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Customer Service teams of our partners will be crucial in ensuring our customers will have a great customer experience.
You will be responsible for:
Client Onboarding and Due Diligence. You will execute the KYC process for B2B clients, reviews and off boardings.
Risk Assessment and Compliance. You will assess the risk profile of B2B clients and ensure proper classification in line with internal risk policies.
Collaborate and Communicate with relevant stakeholders. You will collaborate with internal teams like Compliance to address KYC-related queries and issues.
Process Improvement and Reporting. You will identify opportunities to enhance KYC workflows and improve operational efficiency, and assist in developing and updating KYC Work Instructions.
You will be successful in this role if:
Deep understanding of KYC, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and CTF (Counter-Terrorism Financing) regulations — especially those applicable to B2B relationships
Experience with corporate structures — understanding of complex company types, UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Ownership), and legal entity forms.
Attention to detail — accurately reviewing and validating company documents like business registrations, shareholder structures, and financial statements
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills — handling edge cases and complex onboarding issues
