As the Marketing Director, you will report to the General Manager Türkiye and the MEA Marketing Director (functional manager), as a member of Leadership Team driving the promotion of our "Yeasts & Baking Ingredients" solutions to distributors, users, and prescribers. You will define, pilot, and implement the marketing and corporate communication strategy for Türkiye, ensuring its execution to maximize product visibility, strengthen brand reputation, enhance customer retention, and drive new customer acquisition and managing media relations and public relations activities.     Job Description

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Strategy

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive Marketing strategy including brand identity to drive business growth and market expansion.
    • Define the strategy and action plan of the Baking Center including new product development and market launch activities according to the company's strategy, jointly with the Baking Center Manager as well as the MEA Coordinator.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and commercial teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
    • Prepare and manage marketing budgets effectively, optimizing resources to maximize ROI.

    Trade Marketing

    • Oversee trade marketing initiatives, including promotional campaigns, events (fairs, trade shows, etc.) and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
    • Lead the successful execution of CRM projects and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
    • Oversee the creation and management of marketing materials, brand assets, and communication strategies to maintain brand consistency.

    Digital Marketing

    • Drive digital marketing efforts, including content strategy, social media, SEO, and performance marketing to achieve key KPIs.
    • Utilize digital platforms to enhance customer engagement and brand awareness.
    • Manage digital campaigns and work closely with agencies to optimize online presence.
    • Ensure continuous improvements and innovation in digital marketing efforts.

    Corporate Communication

    • Oversee corporate messaging, press releases, and key announcements
    • Lead partnerships and maintain relationships with stakeholders in the Wheat/Flour/Bread sector and media, and industry influencers
    • Ensure consistency of brand voice and tone across all communication channels
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to shape the company’s public image and strategic narrative

    Marketing Analytics & Reporting

    • Conduct market and competition analysis to track industry trends.
    • Utilize data analytics to monitor market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
    • Conduct market surveys and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for business growth.
    • Provide regular activity reporting in the form of dashboards, analyzing the impact of various marketing actions through KPIs.

    Support & Assistance to the Sales Force

    • Work closely with the Sales Director to establish a strong duo team and contribute to company strategic goals.
    • Support the Sales field force and customers (craft and industry) through Baking Center activities.
    • Ensure the promotion of marketing projects with local teams and internal communication on upcoming initiatives.
    • Raise awareness, train, and support the sales teams and distributors on the marketing plan, tools, and campaigns.
    • Maintain strong relationships with external agencies and service providers to ensure high-quality marketing execution.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Food Engineering, or Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Legally authorized to work in Türkiye.
    • Excellent command of both Turkish and English. French is a plus.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within Food, Food Ingredients, FMCG, industries
    • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Strong expertise in trade marketing, digital marketing, and brand management.
    • Experience in managing a marketing team and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
    • Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and CRM tools to drive insights and decision-making.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
