Manager, Replenishment

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Manager, Replenishment to join our Walmart account team. You will report to the Senior Account Manager and will be based in the Bentonville, AR, market. In this role, you will optimize in-stock, supporting sales, and driving OTIF improvements for the Walmart Omni US business. You will work with the team to drive incremental sales by servicing Walmart Omni with the right product, in the right quantity and place, at the right time while also driving our internal monthly financial forecast.

About the Role

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously seek ways to improve replenishment processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance and achieving service-level targets.
  • Lead weekly order management process using Order Management System (OMS) and NOVA to pull PO detail and approve/release orders internally.
  • Monitor LS&Co. new item due-in dates / on-hands to ensure Ecom and Store initial sets are delivered on time and in full.  Troubleshoot to maximize on time set % to MABD.  Provide status updates and proactively escalates issues.

    Performance Measurement:

    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and stockout rates to identify areas for improvement.
    • Partner with LS&Co's Logistics and Distribution teams to improve key supply chain metrics related to OTIF, along with weekly alignment on shipping, inbound receiving, anything logistics related impacting the business.
    • PPK & Eaches Validation - MBM, Annual Event and Promotional Initiatives
    • Manage/Mitigate OTIF/SQEP Claims and Reconciliations with teams. P&L Sales Dilution - OTIF/SQEP fines. Vigorously monitor and manage the complexity and finical risk of the chargebacks.

    Demand Forecasting and Planning:

    • Analyze historical data, demand forecast and supply plan trends, along with other factors such as in-stocks/due-ins at a size-level to predict future demand and plan for replenishment needs.
    • Monitor and revise AIMS FCST as needed providing initial set order templates
    • Monthly Financial Forecast alignment with Sales Management & Planning Team
      • By Fine Line / Product Code Level
      • Volume estimates when MABDs straddle two fiscal months
      • Track due-in and PPKs for sets
      • Weekly Supply Plan review

    Supplier Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Walmart RM, proactively address any issues that arise.
    • Initiate bi-weekly replenishment meetings with Walmart’s Senior Replenishment Mgr. to collaborate on pre-season and in-season replenishment strategies
    • Identify and resolve issues related to supply chain disruptions, quality problems, or other challenges.

    Inventory Management:

    • Monitor inventory levels, identify potential stockouts, ensure GRS Supply Plan accuracy to drive continuous improvements on accuracy.
    • Manage pre-season and in-season replenishment activities and not limited to item setup validation, item maintenance submissions, providing item forecasts, reviewing profiles for seasonality, making recommendations to forecasts and safety stock, creating new modular orders, PO tracking, manual order recommendations to support sales/in-stock/build for peak season, and end of season life cycle management.
    • Create Store Specific Orders (SSOs), as needed, for initial modular sets and end of season inventory clean-up.

    Order Management:

    • Timely review and approval of all Walmart Omni orders, ensuring accurate quantities, ship windows, delivery schedules, revenue recognition reversals due to pre-paid v. collect-ready shipments.
    • Drive order management processes & procedures with our internal Customer Success Team and our Manager of Logistics & Client Services
    • Manage AEX process to ensure accuracy, reconcile with buyer pre-key output, validate with LS&Co pre-pack build and validate supplier quotes
    • Manage Supplier Closing schedule

    About You

    • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or 5+ years of combined education and relevant work experience.
    • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in replenishment within the wholesale/retail or consumer goods industry,
    • Business and Data Analysis Acumen: A deep understanding of business metrics and retail math (e.g., sales, margin, inventory KPIs). Ability to analyze, interpret data and analyze trends to support business decisions.
    • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools. Scintilla reporting/certifications (if not previously certified, will be required in role)
    • Detail Orientation & Problem-Solving: Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical skills. Ability to identify and solve problems related to supply chain and inventory management.
    • Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with the customer and internal cross-functional partners.
    • Team Collaboration: A team player with excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills and a track record of working collaboratively and fostering positive relationships within the team and with clients. Ability to pivot strategies and be flexible when business requires it, while aligning your internal and external partners.

    This role is based out of Bentonville, AR. You will have flexibility in your schedule to both work from home and within our sales office in Bentonville.

    The expected starting salary range for this role is $78,800- $105,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
