As an ATE Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) testing, where you will innovate and develop wafer and package-level testing strategies for our cutting-edge Silicon Photonics products. Your responsibilities will include defining and implementing ATE test solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to debug product failures, and working closely with OSAT/test vendors to enhance our testing infrastructure. You’ll have the opportunity to lead initiatives that reduce test times and increase manufacturing efficiency. We value teamwork and communication, and as part of our talented engineering team, you'll be contributing to the next big leap in AI and HPC workloads. If you hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering and have over 5 years of experience in ATE Test Development, we want to hear from you!
