Lime is hiring a Global Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team! As a Global Demand Planner, you will play a pivotal part in developing and refining demand forecast models, utilizing tools like Google Sheets and other planning software to support Lime goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, analyzing large datasets, monitoring market trends, and continuously improving demand forecasting processes. 

What you will do:

  • Demand Forecasting: Assist in developing and refining accurate demand forecast models using Google Sheets and demand planning tools. Integrate historical shipment data, seasonal trends, and strategic program activities into forecasting processes to support business goals. Support efforts to improve demand forecast precision by identifying opportunities and implementing data-driven solutions.

  • Data Analysis, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement:  Prepare, analyze, and report on large datasets to generate insights for decision-making. Maintain data integrity and quality to ensure reliable reporting and dashboard visualization, aiding effective business decisions. Originate and implement continuous improvements to demand planning and the S&OP processes.

  • Market and Trend Monitoring: Continuously monitor regional trends, product seasonality, and business performance to adjust and refine demand forecasts. Use predictive analytics to identify potential inventory challenges and recommend forecast adjustments to minimize risks and capitalize on opportunities. Address any issues related to product availability or supply chain disruptions promptly.

  • Cross Functional Collaboration:  Collaborate with cross-functional teams Inventory Management, Supply Planning, Logistics, Finance and Operations to incorporate key factors like order sizes, frequency trends, and market dynamics into demand planning processes. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of spare parts. Identify risk in demand plan vs. budget during the IBP consensus partnering with finance.

About you:

  • 3-5 years experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, economics, or statistics; Master’s degree and APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD) are a plus.

  • Proficiency in forecasting tools and software (Anaplan, NetSuite, Oracle, Tableau, Google Sheets).

  • Strong knowledge of statistical methodologies and  planning, inventory management, and lean manufacturing principles; experience with IBP or S&OP is a must.

  • Ability to adapt to changing demands, meet tight deadlines, and travel up to 10% annually.

  • Fluent verbal and written English language skills.
