Are you someone who is looking for development opportunities? Los Alamos Technical Associates, Inc. (LATA) is a growing family-owned business, established in 1976. We provide premier engineering and technical services to government and commercial clients nationwide.

 

Opportunities are available for Summer 2025 in our Westerville, Ohio office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement projects that enhance our window or door products and utilize LATA’s continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies to improve our manufacturing processes. • Responsibilities will be similar to what we expect of entry-level professionals who join LATA after graduating.• Focus on developing competencies, drafting skills and how/when to apply them. • Work closely with assigned manager and mentor on strategic projects and focused developmental opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a B.S. from a four-year college or university in an Architecture, Construction Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Drafting (two- year degree or certificate) or Engineering field. • Strong academic candidate with Leadership Experience both inside and outside the classroom.• Ability to use the following software applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, AutoCad, and Solid Edge (or equivalent).• Ability to effectively communicate to technical and non-technical team members utilizing written and verbal skills, including presentations to small and large groups.• Experience managing projects from concept through implementation, in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Pay Range

USD $20.00 - USD $35.00 /Hr.
