In this role, you’ll be the bridge between Mahway and a new wave of investors across Latin America — especially in São Paulo. You’ll help us identify the right people to meet, nurture relationships with investors, and open doors in the region. If you love connecting people, are naturally plugged into the startup and investor scene, and thrive in high-energy environments, we’d love to meet you.
Mahway is a venture builder aiming to launch high-growth, unicorn-potential businesses over the next decade. We pair experienced founders and operators with proven growth strategies to solve some of the world’s most important challenges.
Required Experience:
You have 5–7 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, venture capital, or a related relationship-focused role.
You’re deeply connected to the Brazilian startup/investor ecosystem and enjoy making intros and growing your network.
You’re fluent in English and Portuguese
You are experienced in representing investor settings.
You have experience working cross-functionally and remotely with international teams.
Traits:
Are naturally outgoing, well-connected, and known in your community as “the person who knows everyone.”
Have helped build startup communities — whether through university clubs, online networks, accelerators, or events.
See investor relations as more than reporting — you know how to build authentic connections that open doors.
Are excited by the idea of setting up strategic meetings in places like São Paulo or Bogotá and thinking creatively about who should be in the room.
Love working with dynamic, entrepreneurial teams and want to be at the center of the action.
Outcomes:
You will build and maintain strong, authentic relationships with Brazilian investors, family offices, and ecosystem connectors.
You will help design and execute personalized investor engagement strategies in Brazil, especially in São Paulo.
You will coordinate investor meetings and introductions that support Mahway’s fundraising efforts.
You will represent Mahway in investor conversations — warmly, clearly, and with local context.
You will support event planning or casual meetups to grow Mahway’s network in the region.
Resume must be submitted in English (required).
