In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in maintaining relationships with our members, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied with our services. Your main responsibility will be to handle membership renewals and cancellations, diving deep into member concerns and leveraging your persuasive communication skills to help them understand the value of staying with us. You’ll also manage payment collections by reaching out to members with declined payments, providing them with necessary alternatives to keep their membership active. Accuracy is key, so you’ll log all interactions in our retention portal and maintain detailed payment records. We offer competitive compensation with a cap of up to $60,000, health benefits, and a supportive team culture.
