Introducing Masabi

// At Masabi, we’re driving the fare payment revolution, powering the journeys of millions all over the world. We build fare collection platforms that allow riders to seamlessly buy and present tickets for public transport either on their mobile phones, from a ticket machine, or even by tapping their bank card to travel.

Our Justride platform is used in over 250 locations globally, including some of the largest cities in the world. With our industry-first mobile ticketing SDK, we’ve partnered with large players in the transport space, including Uber, Moovit and Transit.

The Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the software powering our validator devices, the technology that enables seamless fare validation across public transit systems. These devices are critical to the rider experience, used on buses, at stations, and by fare inspectors.

You will own a complex ecosystem of device applications, APIs, and SDKs, ensuring our validation solutions are reliable, flexible, and intuitive. Your work will directly impact how riders, transit agencies, and enforcement teams experience public transport every day.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing company, using your Product Management skills to create impactful products that improve public transportation experiences for millions of riders worldwide.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, evolving standards, and emerging technologies to maintain a best-in-class product.

  • Ensure our validator software evolves with changing transit needs and technological advancements.

  • Advocate for the rider experience while balancing the needs of transit agencies and operational teams.

  • Passionate about solving complex, real-world problems through thoughtful software design.

  • Strong technical background - either from software engineering experience or as a technical product manager.

  • Experience working with embedded software, SDKs, APIs, or hardware-integrated products, ideally in mobility, transit, or related industries.

  • Skilled at balancing user needs, technical complexity, and business goals to make data-driven product decisions.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to take products from concept to launch, collaborating closely with engineering and customers.

  • Excellent communicator in English,  with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans.

  • A team player who brings curiosity, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset to their work.

Some of our benefits:

  • Competitive salary package

  • 15 days paid vacation for each year of service plus 18 public holidays

  • Private Healthcare

  • Monthly team bonding allowance

  • Menopause support

  • Choice of a workstation

  • Ability to work for up to 3 months per year from any country in the world
