Job Summary

<p>MathWorks has a hybrid work model that enables staff members to split their time between office and home. The hybrid model provides the advantage of having both in-person time with colleagues and flexible at-home life optimizations. Working under the direction of the Manager or Senior Team Lead, will be responsible for designing, developing and testing sophisticated data warehouse software; designing and developing data mart solutions to provide MathWorks with valuable customer and product insights; profiling and understanding large amounts of source data, including structured and semi-structured data; collaborating with stakeholders to address data and system gaps and developing integrations with other company data; translating user requirements into data models and data mart designs; designing and developing ETL processes to load data into MathWorks' data marts using a variety of tools, including BusinessObjects Data Services; conducting thorough testing of data mart solutions to ensure quality; conducting performance tuning, troubleshooting and operational support; and providing support and mentoring to end users to support their data needs. Participates in 24/7 on-call support every two months.
