At Mattress Land, the first order of business is to understand that our customer needs to achieve the very best sleep. We provide the most proven, reliable tools and industry-leading training to help our Sleep Advisors coach and guide our customers at the highest level. We are looking for a Sales Associate, or as we like to call them, Sleep Advisors who are committed to BedFIT technology and testing products to find an exact match for each customer’s sleep profile.


The basics of the Sales job:

  • Help customers get the best bed for their budget
  • Sell mattresses, foundations and accessories
  • Enter orders and collect payments
  • Follow up with both existing customers and prospects to boost sales
  • Assist with inventory and upkeep of the store

We offer our Sales Associates:

  • Full-Time w/ Predictable schedule
  • Pay is commission + bonus with a minimum earnings guarantee of minimum wage or $2500 a month (whichever is greater).
  • Over the last year, our Sales Associates have earned an average of $50,132. Our top earner made over $86,000.00.

Sales Associate's Skills & Experience:

Sales Associate's Schedule: Once trained, Full-time Sleep Advisors generally work Saturday through Wednesday. Store hours are 10:00 to 7:00.
