You

An experienced Content Squad Lead with a strong background in paid channels, marketplaces, and community content strategies. If you thrive in dynamic environments, know how to engage audiences, and can lead a team toward impactful content execution – this role is for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of content creators, ensuring high-quality deliverables and continuous growth.
Verify factual accuracy, including specifications, features, and performance metrics, through testing, reliable sources, and expert opinions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, assisting them in navigating day-to-day challenges and nurturing their skills.
Write a unique, compelling long and short-form copy on different topics (mainly cyber security).
Take ownership of the team’s OKRs.
Utilize task management tools (e.g., ClickUp) to track progress, streamline workflows, and optimize team performance.

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

Hands-on experience working with performance marketing teams and data-driven content strategies.
Ability to understand the needs associated with a project and the target audience.
Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and projects efficiently.
Proven track record of building, leading and supporting a high-performing team.
Previous experience in leading content production projects
Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)

GROSS SALARY

From 2850 - 3200 EUR gross per month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
