About the Position:
Bizrate Insights is looking for a Sales Director to join our newly formed Sales team. This person will be a player/coach, starting as an individual contributor and later building the department, all while working closely with internal teams.
As a foundational member of the sales team, you will identify white spaces, create target lists, and work with Marketing to help develop outreach strategies. As an individual contributor, you are a full-stack salesperson – onwing your territory by creating and closing net new opportunities with success measured by new revenue, overall client adoption & logos delivered.
A successful candidate will need to apply their strong solution-selling skills and extensive sales experience to close deals with companies of all sizes. You will build and cultivate strategies and tactics that drive maximum performance across the entire sales cycle while working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure we create and provide solutions that clients need. You will hire and build a sales team based on the processes you define.
The ideal candidate is comfortable and eager to be selling hands-on sales and leading a team, bringing with them a sales methodology, viewpoint, and experience in ecommerce, retail, or SaaS.

Pay Range
Salary: New York: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith’s total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
