Stellenbeschreibung

  • Betreuung von Bestandskunden sowie Neukundenakquise in der Systemgastronomie, Catering, Hotellerie, Kantinen und Gemeinschaftsverpflegung
  • Aktives Verkaufen in Anlehnung an die Kundenanforderungen, -bedürfnisse und –erwartungen
  • Sie beraten als zentraler Ansprechpartner unsere Kunden im Bereich Systemgastronomie, Catering, Hotellerie, Kantinen und Gemeinschaftsverpflegung bezüglich Sortiment, Preis und Serviceleistungen
  • Generierung eines profitablen und nachhaltigen Umsatzes
  • Gemeinsame Betreuung der Kunden im Gebiet in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Depot und Kundenmanagern
  • Sie planen und analysieren regelmäßig die Erreichung der Zielvorgaben im Neukundengeschäft
  • Jahresgespräche und Verhandlung von Rahmenvereinbarungen und Konditionen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit dem KAM Ausschreibung Management und jeweiligen zentralseitigen Fachbereichen

Qualifikationen

  • Sie verfügen über Markt- und Branchenkenntnisse (Systemgastronomie, Catering, Hotellerie, Kantinen und Gemeinschaftsverpflegung)
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsaußendienst im Bereich Key Account Management eines Großhändlers oder Lebensmittel-Industriepartner
  • Erfahrung mit Ausschreibungen inkl. Kalkulationssicherheit
  • Eigeninitiative mit hohem Maß an Selbstorganisation, Pragmatismus und Entscheidungsstärke
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke runden Ihr Persönlichkeitsprofil ab
  • Sie besitzen exzellente MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
