CIVIL & ENVIRONMENTAL PRACTICE 

Michael Baker International’s civil engineering professionals manage and staff active projects in over 40 countries on five continents. Services are provided for a broad range of projects and capabilities, including highways, airports, bridges, rail and transit systems, government and commercial facilities, water and wastewater infrastructure, oil and gas infrastructure, and commercial/urban development. Our fields of expertise span all areas of civil engineering and include an extensive variety of specialty disciplines, such as environmental compliance and restoration, coastal engineering, urban development, and mining.

DESCRIPTION

Our San Diego, CA office is looking for an intern to support their federal team for the summer of 2025.  The incumbent will start in May.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Office and Excel. 
• Currently enrolled in a college engineering program. 
• Can work a minimum of 15 hours per week.

COMPENSATION 

The approximate compensation range for this position $23.00 per hour. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
