We are looking for a motivated and passionate HR professional to take responsibility for all HR related activities. Reporting to the Finance and Administration Manager in the UK, this position offers you the opportunity to develop the HR organisation for our UK & Ireland subsidiary. We are looking for someone with a structured way of working, a proactive mindset and a hands-on mentality, who is flexible and dedicated to deliver results.

At Almac House, we are on the hunt for a dynamic HR Business Partner to play a key role in shaping our HR landscape for our UK and Ireland operations. In this engaging role, you will serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and take charge of the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to onboarding. You'll collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition team to coordinate recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract top talents. Your expertise will also be crucial in updating employee guidelines and managing operational HR processes in accordance with our HR Manager based in Germany. As the bridge between employees and management, you'll uphold compliance with legal requirements and oversee payroll, travel expenses, and mobility policies. We’re looking for someone with a passion for HR, who holds a BSc in HR or Business Studies, and has achieved CIPD Level 7. If you come equipped with 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in the life sciences sector, and are excited about leveraging your skills in an international setting, this is your chance to make an impact.
