$56,720 annually

This exciting role involves supporting the Head Men’s Soccer Coach in managing all aspects of our competitive men's soccer program. In this position, you'll help in coaching, training, and guiding the team throughout the NCAA, RMAC, and Colorado School of Mines policies. Your focus will be on fostering student-athlete development both on and off the field, ensuring they excel academically and athletically. You'll engage with players during practices and competitions, assist in crafting training sessions, and be a motivating force before and after games. Communication is key, as you'll work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including athletes, faculty, and administration. This role also includes administrative responsibilities like managing travel and compliance tasks.
