In this pivotal role, you’ll be the bridge between our innovative technical solutions and the unique needs of our customers. Collaborating with our dynamic Customer Experience team, along with Engineering, Support, and Sales, you’ll ensure that customers find success through proof of concepts, onboarding, and ongoing support. You’ll have the chance to create impactful sales strategies utilizing Salesforce, provide expert guidance on Kubernetics, and engage customers by tailoring our value proposition based on their needs. You’ll also have a fantastic opportunity to influence the creation of sales collateral and demonstrations while collaborating with marketing and product development teams to align our offerings with customer feedback. Plus, you’ll play an essential role in mentoring fellow sales representatives on best practices. With a minimum of 4 years in a sales engineering or sales architect role and expertise in Salesforce CRM, you will help drive our revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
