Executive Support Partner

Strategic partner to executives, providing comprehensive support in managing investor relationships, assisting with administrative tasks, and conducting business analysis

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with investors, shareholders, and key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, requests, and communications.
  • Provide regular updates on market trends, investor sentiment, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with investor relations regulations.
  • Manage and maintain CEO calendars, schedules, and appointments.
  • Arrange travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for business trips.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and perform analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and evaluate business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
