Job Description

  • Integrate and administer products on mission critical push-to-talk (MCPTT) and mission critical video networks, including integration and administration of cloud gateway, radio communication, and land mobile radio interface with MCPTT products.
  • Analyze network traffic flow patterns and related network metrics for developing analytics tools to measure system capacity utilization in production environment.
  • Design and implement alarm service framework and alarm dashboard to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network alarms on various platforms.
  • Perform real time network analysis, issue tracking and alerting, alarm handling, reporting, and observation based on key performance indicators.
  • Generate scaling triggers using traffic data to administer network operations in planning for capacity expansion at various deployment sites.
  • Media establishment between other radio systems.
  • Develop automation scripts to perform network actions.
  • Administer cloud-based notification messaging server.
  • Develop adaptive call prediction based on calls and time-series analysis.
  • Administer data stream pipelines.
  • Administer distributed message bus architectures for intercommunication between various components of the network systems.
  • Administer integrated billing server.
  • Responsible for MCPTT architecture incorporation of information technology, public safety, and related networks.
  • Develop and evaluate network performance criteria and measurement methods.
  • Develop alternative routing scenarios and changes in required sequence of network activities.
  • Conduct economic and population growth studies to determine impact on network capacity and development plan projections.

Target Base Salary Range: $113,714 - $120,900 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
