Description

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking an entry-level Tech to help our Physical Therapists provide excellent patient care. This is a great opportunity to build a career in the medical field with a company that will support your personal and professional goals. In addition to an $11 hourly wage, you will have the opportunity to participate in our Pre-PT Pathway which will teach you how to get into Physical Therapy school. If you complete the pathway and work at least 800 hours at Mountain Land, you will receive a $3,000 scholarship for PT school ($1,500 for PT Assistant school) and a $5,000 sign on bonus if you are hired back as a PT after graduation ($1,500 for PTA).


Don't know what a Physical Therapy Tech does? Don't worry about it! This position is intended for candidates with little to no experience in the medical field who are willing and eager to learn. Our experienced team wants to train you to be future Physical Therapists, Doctors, Athletic Trainers, or Healthcare Administrators. You will receive on the job training by working side-by-side with licensed Physical Therapists. Your day-to-day will include working with patients to assist with needs, exercises, and check-ins.

Pay Range: $11.00 - $11.50/Hour


Hours & Benefits: This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule to accommodate your school and/or work schedule. However, the preferred hours would be T/W/Th/F, ideally AM and PM. You will also receive letters of recommendation, mock interviews from executives, and the ability to be re-hired as a PT if you pursue PT school.

  • This position is intended for individuals interested in gaining clinical experience who may have interest in pursuing a PT degree. There is an hourly wage associated with this position, but is minimal due to the position being a learning experience.
  • Spanish speaking is preferred.
  • Must have interest in gaining clinical experience.
  • Passionate about health and wellness.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Ability to commit to a set schedule - Many of Mountain Land's Techs are full-time students.
