Discharge Center PTCA-1

As a Discharge Center PTCA-1 at MultiCare, your primary responsibilities include supporting the nursing team by performing patient care tasks under the supervision of RNs and physicians, conducting dressing changes, gathering data, documenting patient information, and monitoring vital signs.
