BDC Service Representative

At Acura of Highland Park we are seeking an enthusiastic BDC (Business Development Center) Associate to join our winning team. As part of the prestigious Murgado Automotive Group, you’ll play a vital role in helping deliver exceptional customer experiences in our state-of-the-art dealership.


What You’ll Do:

Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner

Schedule appointments for vehicle service and sales

Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a customer database

Handle customer concerns and questions, ensuring a smooth customer experience

Collaborate with sales and service teams to meet dealership goals


Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask

Previous experience in a customer service role (automotive industry preferred, but not required)

Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus

Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team
