Job Description

This is an exciting career opportunity where you will take ownership of and responsibility for the Accounts Payable function for NRMA.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee Group Corporate Card management function including new card application, card limit change, card cancellation and managing cardholders queries such declined transactions and personal use
  • Conduct weekly expense audit on Group corporate cards
  • Manage & review of expense report for corporate card transactions and follow up of un-acquitted and pending transactions with cardholders
  • Co-ordinate & assist in preparing monthly Payment Times Reporting submissions for all 11 NRMA entities in scope
  • Prepare Consolidated Group Submission which includes Board pack bi-annual
  • Month end reports and other adhoc reporting as required
