Job Description

This is an exciting career opportunity where you will take ownership of and responsibility for the Accounts Payable function for NRMA.

What You'll Do

Oversee Group Corporate Card management function including new card application, card limit change, card cancellation and managing cardholders queries such declined transactions and personal use
Conduct weekly expense audit on Group corporate cards
Manage & review of expense report for corporate card transactions and follow up of un-acquitted and pending transactions with cardholders
Co-ordinate & assist in preparing monthly Payment Times Reporting submissions for all 11 NRMA entities in scope
Prepare Consolidated Group Submission which includes Board pack bi-annual
Month end reports and other adhoc reporting as required

What You'll Bring

Prior experience in an accounts payable position in a large organisation
Formal qualifications in a relevant discipline
Accounts Payable experience on ERP system
Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy in all tasks
High attention to detail with the ability to problem solve
Delivery of high quality accurate reports within tight deadlines
Value add perception of the processing function from all stakeholders
Excellent time management skills
Prior experience using an integrated finance system
