About the role

As a Partnerships Key Account Manager at MYOB, your focus will be landing new Partnerships for MYOB by maintaining an active prospect pipeline with the aim of acquiring new SME subscriptions. You will play a crucial role in building and nurturing the strong relationships with new and existing partnerships. Growing the SME Partnership base and driving SME volume by conducting quarterly business reviews, developing go-to-market strategies, and managing day-to-day partner relationships to identify opportunities for further growth.


The skills you'll need

- Proven work experience as a Strategic account manager or Key account manager.

- Solid sales experience in a B2B environment.

- Hands-on experience with CRM software and Account management systems.

- Understanding of sales performance metrics.

- An ability to address customer requests in a timely manner.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.

- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.


$80,000 - $100,000 a year
