Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('SpinCo') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The Production/Broadcast Engineer will be responsible for providing front-line broadcast engineering and technical support across multiple studios and control rooms within the Stamford Sports facility. The role involves supporting all broadcast systems and technology for live day-of-air programs, troubleshooting hardware and systems, complying with computer security policies, and managing projects that include system design, integration, and commissioning. This position requires a combination of maintenance and project management/system engineering skills. The support needs span seven days a week, with certain periods requiring availability as part of a 24x7 schedule.
