This is an exciting opportunity to go fully remote based on performance goals!


Nebraska Health Imaging is on the lookout for a compassionate, and driven go-getter to join our high-energy, patient-focused crew! Join our team as a Business Office Specialist for a Full-Time position M–F, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.  Start your journey with 90 days of hands-on training at our center in Omaha – and then take your talent remote as you meet your goals!

 

What You’ll Do

As a Business Office Specialist I, you'll be the friendly face (or voice!) of our outpatient imaging center, making sure our patients feel welcome and supported from start to finish. From scheduling appointments and handling patient records to phone support and more, you’ll be an essential part of creating a smooth and positive experience for every visitor.

Requirements

LOCATION:

  • To be considered for this position, you must live within/around the Greater Omaha Area

EDUCATION:

  • To be competitive, must have high school diploma or general education degree (GED)


SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team and multitask.
  • Ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Knowledge of computer applications, Microsoft Office and Teams
