We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to define and execute the strategic roadmap to expand Nexthink Infinity’s data capabilities.
This role focuses on enabling seamless L1 to L3 end-user device troubleshooting, accelerating issue resolution, and contributing to the development of our AI-driven platform. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, architecture, and customer teams to deliver high-value data solutions that power our product's growth.
Your responsibilities will be:
Strategic Roadmap & Vision:
Define and maintain a clear and actionable roadmap for data capabilities, aligned with business priorities and feature team needs.
Collaborate with leadership to develop a long-term vision for data collection and platform evolution, supporting company growth and future AI initiatives.
Act as a subject matter expert in end-user device troubleshooting and the ITSM ecosystem, becoming a trusted partner for internal teams and customer-facing functions.
Data Delivery & Execution:
Lead the delivery of new data capabilities, ensuring time-to-value is optimized.
Ensure new data is quickly adopted by feature teams, optimizing the L1 to L3 troubleshooting journey through close collaboration with the stakeholders.
Identify and remove bottlenecks in the data collection processes and third-party integrations.
Data Specifications & Platform Development:
Provide clear, detailed specifications for data collection requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with product goals.
Collaborate with data storage and access teams to ensure data is stored efficiently and in a standardized manner for easy consumption.
Contribute to the evolution of data platform standards and processes, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with emerging needs
