As a Principal Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst - Level 3, located in Boulder, CO, you'll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one.
The Principal Program Planning Scheduling Analyst – Level 3 reports to the Scheduling Manager and will prepare, develop, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives. In this role, the incumbent will make recommendations to resolve program execution challenges in coordination with multiple functional teams, supplier(s), and the Program Manager.
This position follows a 9/80 work schedule. Employees work 9-hour days Monday through Thursday, 8-hours every other Friday.

Salary Range: $100,300.00 - $150,500.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
