Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.

If you're an Electronics Technician looking for an exciting opportunity in San Diego, Noblis is the place for you! You'll get to dive into the dynamic world of NAVWAR work at the NIEF, taking on the responsibility of installing, configuring, and testing computer networks. This role involves getting hands-on with both hardware and software, including routers, switches, servers, inline encryptors, and modems. You're not just fixing things; you're troubleshooting networking and connectivity issues and running and tracing cables with precision. You'll even get to attend technical meetings and assist in developing technical briefs. In addition to your technical know-how, you'll need a high school diploma and four years of relevant experience. If you're also able to obtain a Secret Clearance and are a US Citizen, you're already on the right track! While not mandatory, having recent NC4I(S) experience and skills in cable building, installation, and troubleshooting will be a significant plus.
