Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will oversee the strategy and roadmap for internal tools and pricing systems. You will champion innovative product strategies, build business cases for new initiatives, and lead your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Collaborating with development teams, you’ll translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Candidates should hold a four-year degree or equivalent experience. A solid understanding of web development and e-commerce is essential. Experience with project management, especially in an Agile environment, as well as familiarity with tools like JIRA or Asana, are highly advantageous.

In this role, you will provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot user inquiries, and deliver insights to the Senior Leadership Team regarding product performance. Evaluating product effectiveness through performance metrics is also part of your responsibilities.

The Product Manager position is remote, with working hours from 2 PM to 11 PM Pacific time. There is potential for transitioning to a hybrid working setup in the future. Ideally, you will enjoy flexibility while still being part of a team-oriented culture.
