Primary Care Physician - Employer Health

As a Primary Care Physician at One Medical, your main responsibilities include managing a diverse patient panel with various needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits, and offering tele-health services. You will also participate in weekly Clinical Rounds for continuous learning, collaborate with your team during daily huddles, and supervise NP or PA colleagues, ensuring that high-quality care is consistently delivered.

To qualify for the Primary Care Physician role at One Medical, candidates must be enrolled in or have completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program. Additionally, you should have practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting, hold board certification or be board eligible for certification, and possess a valid Washington State medical license before your start date.
