Job Description:
The Senior Financial Analyst will report to OneOncology’s Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A. This is a key role within the OneOncology Finance organization, responsible for a wide range of activities including financial planning, forecasting, headcount management and analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, critical thinking proficiency, and strong communication skills. The candidate must be customer centric with the ability to navigate the demands of a rapidly growing, complex entrepreneurial environment where ingenuity, rather than precedence, drives how things should be done
Responsibilities
Serve as the finance business partner of the Chief Strategy Officer & Chief Technology Officer
Serve as the finance business partner of Navigating Care business unit
Own and manage the building and optimization of budget and forecast models, working closely with department/business leads to set targets and goals
(Re)Build, maintain and optimize current and future OneOncology Shared Service models
Create, prepare and improve monthly reporting to department leaders, including variances to plan and forecast and risks and opportunities to each to aid in executive decision making
Provide other ad-hoc analysis as requested and/or deemed appropriate in support of company-wide strategic investments and initiatives
Create, maintain, and improve reporting decks and dashboards, including Board-level reporting
Assist with the development and implementation of standard processes within the department to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.

Working knowledge of proper US GAAP accounting judgments along with ability to work closely with the accounting teams
Comfortable delivering both favorable and unfavorable financial impacts or “bad news” timely
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Demonstrate an excitement to learn and develop new skills
Qualifications
A proven track record of academic and professional excellence
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting required
2-4+ years of professional experience in a Finance or Accounting role
Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other planning applications
Workday Adaptive Planning experience a plus
