Advertising & Marketing Communications | Senior Professional

Optimal, on behalf of its client, a leading banking institution, is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Professional to join the Advertising & Marketing Communications team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development and execution of marketing & advertising strategies
  • Collaborate with product teams and the Corporate Communication Department to develop targeted communication programs
  • Formulate and present communication plans with a focus on targeting, positioning, ad concepts, media channels, and KPIs
  • Work closely with internal units to assess communication needs, develop plans, and support new/existing product positioning.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with internal teams and external partners (agencies, media etc)
  • Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for the production & placement of marketing materials.
  • Monitor competition and analyze the performance of communication campaigns
  • Track & assess communication efficiency against targets, generating reports & improvement suggestions for management.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of previous relevant experience
  • BSc in Marketing, Management, or other related degrees
  • Experience in youth marketing, with insight into trends, behaviors, and digital engagement.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Proficient in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Creative professional who stays ahead of trends and explores innovations
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Cooperate with different teams
