Overview:
The Federal Consulting team seeks a Sr. Project Manager to play a key role on our Oracle Health team as we drive strategic solutions that will help leadership and field teams manage the large and growing Federal Healthcare Consulting business. As a member of the Federal Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered at budget and to our client's satisfaction. This involves working closely across Oracle Health Consulting to create and manage processes to ensure efficient delivery. This individual will work with internal stakeholders to establish clear project plans, drive ownership and completion of tasks, and mitigate risk as it appears. This individual will need to be comfortable working with multiple projects at once and will be required to provide updates to sponsors and executives on a regular basis. Job duties are varied and complex that need independent judgment and may have a project lead role.

Job Responsibilities Include
• Manage strategic process improvement projects that span across the entire Oracle Health Federal Consulting organization
• Evaluate where inefficiencies exist and drive projects that will solve those
• Identify, develop, and drive opportunities to improve Consulting processes to accommodate rapid and increasing growth and volume
Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in functional or technical role
• Ability to obtain security clearance necessary for this role which requires being a US citizen
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to build rapport with team members across a matrixed organization
• Ability to act as an informal leader on the team, provide guidance/recommendations and valuable feedback
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience in driving projects independently
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
• Excellent business judgment, including strong written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in an energetic, fast-paced environment
• Comfort with ambiguity and creative problem-solving
