Software Engineering Manager

Proficiency in project management and eCommerce experience would be advantageous, as well as strong communication skills. U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status is required for this position.

While the Software Engineering Manager role at OrderMyGear is primarily based onsite in Dallas, candidates who are remote will be required to travel to our Dallas headquarters at least twice per quarter. This hybrid approach allows for flexibility while ensuring collaboration with the team and alignment on projects.
