We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Operations Assistant to manage the backend operations of a Shopify-based U.S. e-commerce business. The ideal candidate has worked with high-SKU (100+ SKUs) stores, handling order fulfillment, supply chain, and customer service to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily Shopify operations, ensuring efficient fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Handle order fulfillment and supply chain coordination to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipping, and returns.
  • Conduct email and DM outreach to customers and vendors as needed.
  • Maintain and update Google Sheets with key operational data.
  • Must have experience working with a Shopify-based U.S. e-commerce business.
  • Experience managing backend operations (order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service).
  • Must have worked with high-SKU stores (100+ SKUs).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Availability during EST working hours.
