Job Description

Your Career

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the planning, development, and implementation of infrastructure and technical operational programs. The ideal candidate will have a background in defining program objectives, is well-versed in agile methodologies, and possess deep expertise in effectively implementing these methodologies across a fast-paced, dynamic organization. You will coordinate and manage multiple concurrent internal projects for upgrading internal systems, implementing new tools, and optimizing network and security protocols.

Your Impact

  • Lead initiatives to integrate internal tools and systems to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders on project progress, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Continuously analyze and refine processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the user experience. Develop best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to internal projects, internal tool management, and overall operations. Ensure systems are secure and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Plan, coordinate and manage large transformational initiatives, leading program management team meetings, identifying cross-functional dependencies, anticipating, minimizing and mitigating risks

Qualifications

Your Experience 

  • 8+ years of program management experience in infrastructure, network, compute or cloud operations.
  • Demonstrated consistent ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver technical solutions while mitigating or removing obstacles
  • Excellent communication skills, problem solving, conflict resolution management, active listening, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong foundational understanding of enterprise applications, infrastructure, information security, and operations
  • Hands-on expertise working with Agile/Scrum methodologies including agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana)
  • A self-starter that uses great judgment to keep programs and projects moving forward and completed on target
  • Highly collaborative team player that is comfortable providing and receiving open, real-time feedback to continuously up-level team performance
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in a related field with previous Big 4 consulting experience preferred

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) $132,000 - $195,000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
