We are seeking a dedicated and reliable 2nd Shift Maintenance Worker to join our team. This position involves maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, and physical structures. The role requires performing scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and ensuring that facilities are safe and operational. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team or independently.

2nd shift: 3:30 PM -11:30 PM

Job type: Temp-to-Hire

Job location: Racine, WI

Pay: $21.50-23.00/HR

  • 1st shift Maintenance Technician/ Mechanic

We are in search of an experienced maintenance technician who can expertly set up machines, collaborate with conveyor systems, and handle various electrical tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team or independently.

1st shift: 7:00 AM -4:00 PM M-F or 8:00 -5:00 PM

Job type: Temp-to-Hire (training for 2-3 months)

Job location: Racine, WI

Pay: $30.00/HR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on a variety of equipment.
  • Maintain records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance calls from other departments

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Packaging experience is a plus
  • Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC’s a plus
  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in maintenance work, preferably in a food
  •  Manufacturing environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work some weekends.
  • Bilingual Preferred
