• Abhijit Mitra (Director of Engineering) - 10+ years of experience building highly scalable systems, monorepo, micro-frontend architecture, distributed systems; ex-Tekion; Gauhati University B.Tech.

• Rajasekar Murugan (Director of Engineering) - 17.5 years of experience in engineering leadership across a wide range of industries – from digital banking and financial services to e-commerce and enterprise data storage

• Anjali Sinha (Product Manager) - a seasoned product leader with 7+ years of experience in project & product management, operations strategy, and analytics; National University of Singapore - M.Tech

• Sharique Arshi (Lead Software Architect) - 12+ years of experience in software engineering with distributed systems, architecture design, microservices; IIT-G B.Tech. 

• Saurabh Khemka (AI Lead) - 8+ years of industrial experience in large scale model building and deployment, PhD in Neuroscience - Switzerland, IIT-R B.Tech

• Sameer Kulkarni - 7+ years of experience across a number of HR and Operations roles including learning and development, organizational development and project management; SPPU - Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology

ROLE SUMMARY

As an engineer you will be getting an opportunity to develop the frontend of an intelligent construction technology platform.

You will:

• Participate in building the scalable web-application that is on par with the best tech products available in the market today

• Design and develop end to end features

• Develop high quality software across all applications of the product

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build features that make companies feel super-powered

• Own and develop product features from concept to implementation

• Work closely with the engineering teams, product managers, UX designers and end-users for integrating software components into a fully functional system

• Constant technological monitoring in line with the latest tech innovations to ensure the compatibility of available products, and improving the user experience

WHAT DOES YOUR ARSENAL LOOK LIKE

Required

• 3+ years of experience as a frontend developer building large scale web applications

• Should be good at Typescript, Javascript, React JS 

• Should have knowledge of UI libraries like Material UI, Ant Design

• Should have understanding of Styled Components or Emotion JS

• Deep understanding of React Query

• Understanding of Jest test framework

• Should be good at writing unit tests

• Should have knowledge of building component libraries

• Should have knowledge of Storybook

• Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3 (SAAS, LESS) in a responsive design framework

• Experience in integrating with RESTful APIs keeping performance and security in mind

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills as well as a demonstrated passion for technology

• Experience with rapid scaling of early-stage products

Preferred but Optional

• Experience with setting up pre commit checks

• Experience with monorepo or micro-frontend architectures

• Experience with Django based web-apps

• Experience with python scripting for backend

• Experience working with geographically distributed teams across multiple time-zones

• Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
