Key Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Develop Sales Strategy: Create and execute a sales playbook aligned with PartsBase’s mission and vision to accelerate growth.

  • Lead Sales Team: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team while fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Own the sales pipeline, consistently meet sales goals, and drive new business through prospecting and networking.
