We are looking for a Senior Reconciliation Specialist to take ownership of the reconciliation process across various payment methods, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with key stakeholders. In this role, you will play a crucial part in financial reporting, KPI tracking, and settlement-related projects.

• Ensuring all transactions are accurately matched and resolved, maintaining the integrity of our financial records,
• Identifying and analyzing areas of non-compliance, actively contributing to solutions that enhance operational efficiency,
• Prepare and present insightful reports that highlight key reconciliation findings and trends for management review,
• Fostering strong relationships with merchants, addressing inquiries and discrepancies with professionalism and clarity,
• Giving regular and constructive feedback in a team environment,
• Cooperating with other departments,
• Assisting with other duties as needed in Reconciliation Team.

• At least 3-4 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance, Banking,
• Participation in projects and requirements formulation,
• Analytical skills: problem solving, data analysis,
• Advanced Excel skills,
• Effective communication skills, with Polish and English fluency,
• Interpersonal skills: time management skills, communication, flexibility, 
• Knowledge of payment process in e-commerce,
• Basic knowledge of law and internal regulations concerning personal data, co-operation with the police, etc.
