Missions Principales


En tant que Technical Partnership Coordinator, tu es le(la) responsable de l'animation et la gestion technique de nos partenaires qui nous accompagne dans les migrations de nos clients.


Ton rôle est donc de travailler avec une multitude de parties prenantes (au sein des partenaires, des cabinets comptables et de Pennylane) afin d'assurer la migration la plus efficace et rapide possible.


On t’attendra notamment sur ta capacité à être autonome/opérationnel rapidement ainsi que communiquer de manière fluide, que ce soit avec notre équipe tech en interne qu’avec des interlocuteurs externes.



Animation et développement du réseau de partenaires techniques :

_ Identifier et sélectionner de nouveaux partenaires techniques externes avec en premier objectif les opérations de migration de cabinets d’expertise comptable.

_ Participer à la définition et à la mise en place d’un programme d’accréditation des partenaires.

_ Animer et développer le réseau de partenaires techniques.

_ Assurer la montée en compétence des partenaires via des formations et du support.


Pilotage opérationnel :

_ Définir les processus et standards de qualité pour les migrations externalisées.

_ Mettre en place les KPIs et tableaux de bord de suivi de performance du réseau.

_ Coordonner la répartition des projets de migration externalisée entre les différents partenaires.

_ Gérer la relation contractuelle et commerciale avec les partenaires.


Support et amélioration continue :

_ Être le point de contact privilégié entre Pennylane et les partenaires.

_ Identifier et résoudre les problématiques techniques rencontrées par les partenaires.

_ Collecter les retours d'expérience pour améliorer les processus.

_ Participer à l'évolution des outils et méthodes de migration.



Profil recherché


Formation

_ Bac+5 en Informatique, Gestion de Projet ou équivalent

_ Formation en management appréciée


Expérience

_ 5+ ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire de gestion de partenaires techniques dans le domaine du SaaS

_ Expérience significative dans le secteur des logiciels B2B

_ Expertise dans la gestion de grands projets (comprendre environnement sources et cibles)

_ Connaissance du secteur de la comptabilité et des cabinets d'expertise comptable est un plus


Compétences techniques

_ Maîtrise SQL

_Connaissances en scripting

_ Maîtrise des enjeux techniques liés aux migrations de données

_ Compréhension des problématiques d'intégration de systèmes

_Connaissance des standards et formats comptables (FEC, EDI, etc.)

_Capacité à évaluer la qualité technique des prestations
