Position Description:
PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead who plays a crucial role in IT by guiding a team of developers or engineers to successfully execute projects while maintaining high technical standards. Their responsibilities combine technical expertise, leadership, and project management to ensure smooth development and delivery of software solutions.
Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:
• Works closely with Product Owner and IT Federal Project Manager (FPM) to fully understand the functional and technical requirements for developing enforcement improvements.
• Actively participates and provides inputs in the major design decisions.
• Works with Business Analysts, SME’s, system owners, customers and end-users to understand their mission, current architecture, security requirements and deliverables.
• Focus on the project release goals, works with the team to build a design that will scale to meet the evolving needs.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex IT projects from inception to completion.
• Experience working on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently.
• Overseas the efforts of less senior staff and/or is responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
