Front Desk Associate Full Time Monday to Friday PM

As a Front Desk Associate at Planet Fitness, your responsibilities will include greeting members and guests, aiding with membership inquiries, promoting the Judgement Free Zone®, and performing essential tasks like managing sign-ups and billing updates. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the gym and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our fitness community.

To become a Front Desk Associate at Planet Fitness, a preferred 6-12 months of experience in a customer service role is required, along with a willingness to become CPR/AED certified. Basic computer proficiency is necessary, and most importantly, you should embody a positive attitude and a passion for helping others in their fitness journeys.

The Front Desk Associate position at Planet Fitness is a full-time role with hours scheduled from 2 PM to 10 PM, Monday through Friday. This schedule allows you the opportunity to engage with members during peak hours in a vibrant, multi-tasking environment.
