This position ensures the availability, integrity, security and reliability of mission critical network services. As a member of the Infrastructure Operations group, the network operations analyst bears primary responsibility for managing and monitoring network infrastructure, analyzing and resolving network problems, and regularly improving network and switching infrastructure.
